BCI strives to place manufacturing within existing facilities to maximize cost efficiency, and to compliment production by placing BCI management personnel in those facilities for project management, quality control and logistics services. Occasionally circumstances require that BCI set-up dedicated facilities for customers for one of several reasons:
To protect sensitive customer Intellectual Property.
To take on technically complex products that other factories cannot make at scale.
To take on products and/or projects that are logistically complex, requiring intricate order fulfillment and project management.
